But when it comes to fitting in your dress on new years, the last thing you want is to start off the year feeling uncomfortable and sluggish. So after consulting our “fit friends”, we have rounded up the 5 best tips to staying healthy during the most indulgent season of the year.
1. USE BREAKFAST AS YOUR DETOX
Use breakfast as the health break you need. Load up on vitamins with healthy smoothies. Try to fill up on the good stuff so you don’t get hungry and snack on grandma’s apple pie later on.
2. BRING A SALAD
